Check-in is from 14h00 to 18h00 on the day of arrival.

Please inform your host of your check-in time at least 30 minutes in advance. If you are travelling through Vaalwater, that would mean contacting the camp as you leave Vaalwater.

Gate code: A gate code will be sent to guests before their stay. Enter at the main gate and provide the gate code. Once the gate opens, guests may follow the signage. Please park outside the fence at reception and take a short walk to the reception area to meet your host.

Arriving after 18h00? Please notify your host if you are arriving after 18h00 to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Check-out time is at 10h00. On departure, please check out at reception and settle any outstanding amounts for firewood, activities, or meals.

Before you leave:

• Remember your stay is self-catering. Kindly make sure you have washed all the dishes that you used.
• Please place your rubbish in the bin provided.
• If you had to move our furniture around, please make sure all furniture is back where you found it.
• If you used more than one tent, kindly make sure your cutlery and crockery are recovered from other tents.
• There is no need to make the beds.
• Please make sure that you did not accidentally pack any of the tent's contents like towels or kitchenware.
• Please report any accidents or damages to our team.

Late check-out: Please note that a late check-out fee of R250 can be charged if guests do not check out by 10h00. We follow a thorough cleaning process and need time to get the tents ready for our next guests. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
